Ponteland War Memorial Hall opened in 1922. Built as a memorial to the fallen of World War One, the building was paid for by the residents of Ponteland. ​Today, the hall continues its role as a community centre and social hub of Ponteland and the surrounding area. We have a range of rooms available for hire for most uses.

​Situated close to the very centre of Ponteland on the well known Darras Road, we have excellent transport links. Only 2 miles from Newcastle Airport and Metro with a bus stop right outside the hall. The Hall provides social and recreational facilities for local associations, groups and the wider community. The Memorial Hall is the Village Hall for Ponteland and the immediate surrounding area and undertakes all activities associated with the operation of a village hall.
